What Can I Substitute For Sweetened Condensed Milk?
One of the most suitable substitute for sweetened condensed milk is known to be evaporated milk. The substitution ratio is also one-to-one. Using evaporated milk will result in similar consistency, but the taste of your dish won’t be as sweet – for which you can add some amount of sugar albeit that it doesn’t spoil your dish.
You can substitute sweetened condensed milk in some recipes (half and 1/4 cup instead of 3/4 cup milk and sugar), but in most recipes you can make just condensed milk (no sugar) and still include some sugar. You can substitute condensed milk for 1 1/2 cups cream or 1/2 cup (or a combination). Instead, you can replace condensed milk with sweetened condensed milk and add sugar. You can also start with plain condensed milk using a blender or blender to dissolve the sugar.

It’s heated to remove about half the moisture from whole milk, leaving a thick, sweet mixture with a higher concentration of nutrients and calories. During clarification, excess water is also removed from the milk, leaving only a concentrated dairy product. To thicken by half, you can add a teaspoon of butter and sugar or sweetener, then whisk to add some of the fat you need, again substituting the condensed milk in a 1:1 ratio. Sugar: I use granulated sugar, but maple syrup can be substituted (the color will be affected, but the taste will be the same).
