How Can You Use Epsom Salt In The Shower
Epsom salt is a great companion for taking relaxing baths. But if you want to shower and use Epsom salt, there is one way. Sprinkle some Epsom salt while taking a hot shower on the floor around you. The hot water will dissolve the Epsom salt and give you a soothing aroma.
Epsom salts are usually added to hot baths but can be used in any hot water environment. If you don’t like using crystal salts in your bath, try using magnesium oil derived from Epsom salts. These baths work because magnesium is absorbed through the skin, so Epsom salt baths are an easy way to restore magnesium levels.

How to prepare Epsom salts
Mix about 1/4 cup Epsom salts with your favourite bath oil and apply to the skin while showering. To prepare Epsom salts for soothing inflammation or skin irritation, pour 1 cup of Epsom salts into warm bath water and stir the water with your hand to dissolve any grains.

Preparing epson into a saucepan
Pour a small amount of Epsom into a saucepan and pre-soak in hot soapy water. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix with your hands in warm tap water to combine Epsom salt and oil. Mix a pinch of salt with a tablespoon of olive oil or body wash. Add a few drops of olive or baby oil to your bath for extra hydration.
After your bath, take a cool shower to remove excess salt and restore your skin’s pH.
