How To Fry Canned Potatoes
To cook canned potatoes, start by draining them and rinsing under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. and heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and cook them for about 10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy. Serve with a dipping sauce.

Turn a third time, if necessary, until all edges of the potatoes are crispy. If necessary, melt the bacon butter and toss with the potatoes in a bowl. If necessary, drain the salted water from the canned potatoes, dry them, cut them and fry them in the oil of your choice.
Are Canned potatoes pre-cooked?
Yes, potatoes in a can have finished cooking. Whole peeled potatoes are what is contained in cans. Only one or two larger potatoes would fit inside the can! You can eat canned potatoes directly from the can because they are cooked.
