How To Freeze Chicken Breast?
Raw chicken can last for up to eight months in the freezer if cut into parts, and is quite easy to store too. Put the chicken’s breast pieces into zip lock bags, push out as much air as you can, and then place it in the freezer. You can also freeze them in airtight containers.
The easiest way to freeze chicken breasts so they don’t stick is to place a small amount of freezer paper between them. Freezing chicken in this compact and clean way allows you to store it in the freezer, saving all the space available. This method ensures that the chicken stays frozen separately, even if you store it in a freezer bag or airtight container. Once the chicken is frozen, you can place it in the freezer and fold it however you like.
Use the same procedure as for freezing raw chicken, place the chicken in a freezer bag, remove as much air as possible, and label the bag. Refrigerate frozen raw chicken to thaw safely (place package of raw chicken in a rimmed container or bowl to catch drips). I buy fresh chicken nuggets from my supermarket and put them straight into the freezer in the package. I used to come home and put bags of boneless or bone-in chicken breast in the freezer.
If you have a freezer, I just saw a better idea: put the chicken in one of the reusable grocery bags and put it in the freezer. To freeze chicken without a freezer bag, use glass or pyrex containers, plastic containers, or even freeze in supermarket packaging.

You can safely freeze chicken in its original packaging for up to two months; if you plan to freeze it longer, consider double-wrapping it or repackaging it in freezer paper, aluminum foil, or cling film.
