How To Freeze Baklava
To freeze baklava, prepare the dough and filling and freeze them separately. Once they are frozen, wrap them in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 6 months. You should thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before enjoying baklava.

With this, we highly recommend that you thaw the baklava out of the refrigerator for the second time. That said, people do not tend to overcook their baklava, and they may be able to reheat the pastry in an oven using the lowest setting.
