## How Much Does One Egg White Weigh

**Since eggs come in various sizes, an average egg white of one egg weighs roughly about 30 grams. Considering that the white makes up 2/3 of the egg and the yolk only 1/3, the white weighs more than the yolk. But this weight can increase or decrease depending on the size of the egg.**

The egg white of medium eggs is 27 grams, a large egg weighs about 30 grams, and a very large egg weighs 34 grams.
