Depending on the size and thickness of your lasagne, you will want to allow about 10-20 minutes for it to cook. You need to allow your lasagna to rest at least 15 minutes after taking it out of the oven. Generally, you can serve your lasagna right away if you have cooked it for 30 minutes. If you have already cooked everything, and your sauce is perfectly cooked, you may want to bake lasagna only 20 minutes so that the sauce is fully heated.

You can also freeze unbaked lasagna once it is been sitting in your refrigerator for several days. If you would like to heat up your lasagna, return it to the oven at 350 degrees F, 180 degrees C, for 10 minutes. You do not need to take any breaks when you heat up lasagna, but it should be allowed to rest when you take it out of the oven for the first time to allow time for it to set. If it has not cooked long enough, no amount of resting will make your lasagna set.
