How Long Does Opened Salsa Last

Salsa is good for 2 weeks unopened in a fridge. Once opened, its shelf life may extend to 4 weeks in the refrigerator. Homemade salsa lasts for up to 7 days at the lowest shelf in the fridge at 40° F. After this point, the salsa will lose its flavor.

It depends mostly on storage conditions or temperature for maximum open-air salsa shelf life.
