After the above steps are completed, place your block of tofu or cubes in your fridge bag or freezer-friendly, airtight container, or even wrap them with a cling film, and they are ready to go into the freezer.
For unopened tofu, make sure you drain out any water when you open the package; wrap the tofu in plastic, place in the container, then store it in the fridge. When you are ready to defrost and use the tofu you have prepared and frozen, you might still find you can squeeze out quite a bit of water from the tofu, which is recommended.
Generally, tofu used in a tofu stir-fry may freeze, but the other ingredients you add may not freeze as well. You can freeze tofu scrambles, however, the quality will depend on what other ingredients you cooked your tofu with.
