How Long Do Pickled Eggs Last
Pickled eggs may last for about several hours if they are kept at room temperature. In the fridge, they may be preserved for several days. Make sure that you should pack them in the freezer bags. You should not leave them unrefrigerated for a longer time.

Keep the sterilized mason jar refrigerated for 1 to 2 weeks to allow pickled eggs to pick up flavors from the brine.
