Do You Have To Use Almond Milk Within 7 Days Of Opening?
It is widely agreed upon that you should use almond milk within seven days if opening it – that too if its refrigerated. After that, bacteria might start to grow which would alter the taste, texture and smell of the milk, and it might become quite dangerous to consume it then.
The labels on most almond milks and other milk alternatives such as soy, oatmeal and cashews recommend consuming the product within 7-10 days of opening. Once opened, store-bought refrigerated almond milk can only last 7 to 10 days, so be sure to finish it within 10 days maximum.
