Can You Substitute Hot Chocolate Mix For Cocoa Powder
You can actually mix chocolate mixes like cocoa powder in any recipe. But keep in mind that the hot chocolate mixes can’t provide the exact taste of the cocoa powder. For every teaspoon of cocoa powder, use 2 teaspoons of hot chocolate mix powder in any recipe.
Use 2 teaspoons of store-bought hot chocolate mix for every teaspoon of cocoa powder in the recipe. Cocoa powder can be made into baked cocoa hot chocolate, but you will need to add sugar and milk, and you will need to mix the cocoa powder more thoroughly so that it does not become lumpy.
