Can You Use Heavy Whipping Cream As An Alternative To Milk
Heavy whipping cream can be substituted for milk in any recipe. Since whipping cream is high in fats, you’ll need to dilute the cream to use it as an alternative to regular whole milk. For using it for 1 cup of milk. take 1/2 cup cream and mix with 1/2 cup water.
