Is It Ok to Put Soda in a Pressure Cooker?

It is completely safe to add a carbonated beverage to a pressure cooker. While most of the Carbon Dioxide present in the soda will be lost while pouring the drink into the pressure cooker, the little that remains won’t last long either.
