Can You Freeze Brie

Brie is not necessarily unusable six months later when frozen, so before throwing it in the trash, test first. If your brie is going to be going in soup, stew, or baked goods, you should be fine throwing it into frozen storage.

Freezing is not always an option, but at the very least, be sure you put it in your freezer by its best-by date. To properly freeze brie, you need to be careful about how you pack the cheese prior to placing it into the freezer in order to prevent major changes to texture or flavor. With that said, you can minimize any texture changes by learning to properly store your Brie in the freezer.
