Can You Eat Pad Thai Cold
You can eat pad thai cold but it is recommended to serve it hot. If you want to eat it cold, you can put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before eating. You can eat leftover pad thai by simply adding a little bit of soy sauce and Siracha sauce to taste.
Pad Thai is usually served hot, but if you would rather have it cold, just pop it into the fridge for about 30 minutes. This dish does not take long to put on your plate, but, once you have, you will want to sit down to eat it immediately. All you need is a wok, a bowl that has a mixture of sauce ingredients, Rice noodles, and soak them in warm water. To make the Thai sauce, combine the water, tamarind, chile paste, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and chili peppers in large pot. When all ingredients are combined, spoon into bowls, and garnish with peanuts, cilantro, lemon, and Thai chilies, serving with Sriracha sauce, if you can tolerate heat.

You only have to microwave Pad Thai for 4 – 5 seconds to loosen up the noodles, then heat up Pad Thai using the chosen method. The microwave is not an ideal option to heat up your pad thai, as the resultant noodles may be dry, oily, and gooey. The microwave is a rough heat-up method, and using it incorrectly can destroy delicate dishes like pad thai. The noodles are visibly limp when they are taken from the oven, so I would recommend against the microwave, unless you have lots of pad thai to heat up, in which case you should make a few batches on the stovetop.
I prefer using brown rice noodles instead of white; and I purchase good, free-range, locally-sourced chickens that were raised appropriately. I have had this recipe either way, and I probably like it better as a cold salad, which is of course great news, since you can prepare it, and then keep it in the fridge to have some leftovers on the go.
