Can You Cook Frozen Sausage

Cook the frozen sausages for about 10 minutes, turning them in a nonstick skillet to ensure even browning and heating. Place the frozen sausages in the skillet and cook on all sides, turning often, for about 5 minutes, or until the desired color is achieved.
You can add salt, garlic, rosemary, or other spices of your choice when cooking frozen patties in a nonstick pan. The heat in the cast iron skillet will seep the natural spices into the sausage patty, giving it its flavor.
While you can boil the sausage before frying it, it’s usually not necessary. Keep in mind that the water escaping from the sausage can dilute the cooking liquid, which is a problem if you are boiling it in a sauce you wanted to serve with the sausage. The use is also suitable for pre-cooked sausages, such as chicken, but they will take less time to cook.
