You can definitely cook/bake cookies on a parchment paper – it is also advised by many to use it as using parchment papers will make your baking process less time consuming as you wouldn’t need to use oil or butter for greasing the cookie sheet in the said paper’s presence.

For best baking results, use a sheet of fresh parchment paper for each cookie sheet. When the first set is ready, remove the entire prepared baking sheet from the baking sheet and place it on a work surface to cool.
