Can You Cook An Egg With Just Hot Water?
You can definitely cook eggs with just hot water in the form of boiling them. Boiling is also a type of cooking, and all you would have to do would be to place the egg in water, keep the dish on the stove, and let it stay for boiling for five to ten minutes
You can only boil an egg with hot water, you need to bring the water to a boil and add a raw egg. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-high and simmer the eggs, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Simply put the eggs in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and simmer over low/medium heat for about 4 minutes and let cool slightly. Yes, you can bring the water to a boil and let it sit for 12 minutes if you have enough water and eggs to keep warm.

After boiling the eggs for 10-12 minutes, place them in cold water to quickly lower the temperature and stop the cooking process. If you are boiling, you can soak the eggs in boiling water, let them cook for 30 seconds or so just to set the outside of the egg whites, then lower the temperature and bring them to readiness at about 180-190 degrees Fahrenheit or 82 – 88 degrees C (very low cooking temperature). As long as enough cold water is boiled first, it doesn’t matter what type of pot you use, as eggs only enter the water when it boils (212 degrees Fahrenheit). Using too much water will cause the water to boil for too long, which can change the time and overcook the eggs.
For cooking to work, you need to make sure that the temperature reaches boiling water and remains hot enough before dipping the egg into it. After the eggs are removed from the heat source, some of the cooking will continue, especially the egg yolk. I like to leave the eggs in the water for 15 minutes, during which time the yolk is fully cooked without leaving it calcareous. If I cook a large number of eggs, after 10 minutes I sacrifice one to make sure it’s ready, take it out with a spoon, put it under cold water and open it.
For softer and golden egg whites, take the eggs out of the water after just 5 minutes instead of 15 and immediately place them in ice water until they are cold enough to be peeled. If you’re going to eat hot eggs, mash them quickly so they’re fresh enough to be safely peeled. If you’re going to eat them cold, they can stay in an ice bath until you’re ready to eat them. Depending on how you like the eggs, you can leave them in the water for 5-15 minutes before chilling them in ice water.
If the egg has been stored in the refrigerator, it can be heated gently under running hot water or left at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. If the egg is stored in the freezer, preheat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, about halfway if it starts at room temperature.
If you have access to a hot water source instead of a stove, use a ceramic pot or bowl to fill it with hot water, put an egg in it, and cover with a lid to keep warm. Then cover a pan with a good quality non-stick coating so that the eggs cook with the steam generated by the heat and make sure they are perfectly cooked without dripping oil.
Start with old eggs, cook them very hot (but don’t use a pressure cooker), cool quickly and completely, crack them all over and peel them under running water. Make sure you cook your eggs thoroughly so that the egg white and yolk are firm, at a high enough temperature to kill any bacteria that may be present in the yolk or egg white. Drop the eggs directly from the fridge into the already boiling water, or place them in the steamer insert in a covered pot, steaming at full power on the stovetop. If you break an egg directly into the water, the yolk will fall to the bottom, and a bunch of egg whites will float aimlessly in the pan.

|Eggs in the freezer||Preheat it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, about halfway if it starts at room temperature.|
You won’t drink tap water, but some of it can get into the egg if there are cracks (this happens). PS If you then put the egg in a sealed container and beat the egg, then the shell will almost fall off. Some people use a pin to make a small hole in the shell at the larger end of the egg before placing it in the hot pot. Some say that piercing the eggshell with a pin causes water to escape between the shell and the egg’s inner shell, making the egg easier to peel.
Instead of making a pretty egg, things can go wrong when boiling water hits the egg, creating those weird deep craters. Since the water slowly cools over time, it is unlikely that it will turn a terrible greyish green color in the yolk. To keep the shell from stinking, use older eggs or add vinegar and salt to the water before boiling.

I also like my mom’s method of adding 1 teaspoon of salt to water, cleans eggs well after boiling for 25-30 minutes, and adding chilled eggs to tap water. Adding a teaspoon of vinegar to the water will help prevent the egg whites from leaking out if the egg cracks during the boil. To cook an egg, bring a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and break up to 2 eggs at a time or depending on the size of your pot and cook for 4-7 minutes depending on how much you want to cook’ egg .
When the water starts to slowly boil again after adding the eggs…let them boil and cook the eggs until 12 minutes…after 12 minutes…then put them in a pot Add ice to water. All you have to do is crack a raw egg into the noodle pan (or you can lightly beat the egg in a separate bowl and pour it into the noodle pan). Gently poke the bottom of the egg with a safety pin or thumbtack to prevent the egg from exploding.
