Are All Calphalon Pans Safe For Use in the Oven?
All Calphalon pans are safe to use in the oven — most can handle temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. When baking in Calphalon or any other brand of pots and pans, it is important to take some precautions. We mentioned above that Calphalon cookware is oven safe, but that doesn’t mean you can neglect it – you need to be very careful when using this cookware. As we have established, oven temperatures up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit are considered safe for all types of Calphalon cookware, but this does not necessarily mean that all of these pans are oven safe to use on a grill. This means that a Calphalon non-stick pan can be used safely in the oven at or below 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
